Promotional Design for UX Design

UniServe - Above The Line and Below The Line Marketing

I’ve designed promotional materials for a student service app made through a collaboration between me, Aaron Sia Wan Loong (graphic designer), Bennard Duat ak Jingut (Industrial Design) and Siok Yi Kang (Industrial Design). In short, UniServe is an app that utilizes student’s skills and experience, and showcasing it to other students and lecturers who are in need of certain services in their respective universities. In order to reach out to our target audience, which are university students and staff, promotional strategies are required to be done, such as above the line and below the line marketing.


Above the line strategies done for promoting Uniserve include banners and posters, whereas the below the line strategy used is social media. An interactive characteristic in all these promotional designs is a QR code that directs users to trying out the UniServe app from wherever they are.
